Gia Massage & Yoga was established in 2023 with a commitment to give you beautiful experiences in healing and self-care, which include:

Meet Bansi – Founder and Your Massage Therapist

At the heart of Gia Massage & Yoga is Bansi, a passionate and dedicated massage therapist since 2015 with a unique approach to wellness. 

From an engineer navigating the corporate world, to a certified massage therapist and yoga instructor, Bansi’s story is one of of curiosity and a commitment to helping others achieve balance in both body and mind.

With a desire to enhance her own movement practice, Bansi discovered the profound impact of massage on overall well-being. 

For her, it became a way to not only alleviate physical pain but also to connect with herself on a deeper level.

What initially started as an investment in herself, turned into a passion for the art and science of massage therapy. 

Her ability to blend various modalities, from myofascial release to her knowledge and practical application of yoga and ayurveda, is what sets her apart.
